1/2 roma tomato,
3 asparagus stalks, chopped,
a sprig of curly parsley and a sprig of cilantro (both coarsely chopped)
a garlic clove, smashed,
salt and pepper to taste.
i was deliberately cracking the eggs into a pan on medium heat, stirring them sparingly for the sake of additional color. (:
